The biggest advantage of doing something you like for exercise is that you would actually do it and that you would like it. - Find a partner and play games
Getting a training partner can always add an extra to your workout routine. An individual who fools me, encourages you, suffers and succeeds, will make things much easier and much more interesting.
You can also incorporate games as you train, such as lifting weights by chance, or playing a team sport like basketball. You can also add some competition between you that can always make things a little more fascinating.
- Get out and make me count
Go camping, or enjoy a sunset. Just being outdoors has health benefits. Sunlight increases testosterone levels through the production of vitamin D. It also helps to recharge your body and soul. There are many volunteer projects that require a lot of physical effort that will give you training while contributing to the community like Habitat for Humanity, for example.
