- 1/ Define an image of what you want to look like the background on your phone. We constantly look at our phones. If we define an image on our phones what we want to look like, it will remind us where we want to be several times during the day.
- 2/ Set reminders on your phone to leave at certain times of the day to motivate you. Usually, put reminders like "Do not be lazy!" Or "Get up and be productive!" To get out of any funk, you could be that day.
- 3/ Find a pianist who is highly motivated that will not let you jump. If you know someone who goes to the gym, constantly ask him or her to motivate you to leave. They must bore you before each job to make sure you do not miss out!
- 4/ Set a reward if you do it at the gym a number of times in the week. Frosty Friday if you managed to hit the gym four times during the week? Reward it, you deserve it!
- 5/ Create a countdown on your phone until your next big event so that you are motivated to be fit for it. Spring vacation plans? Summer will come soon? You just made a dress to come to you? Make a countdown to remind you how long you have until the day!
- 6/ Buy cute gym clothes / shoes. We all like to show off our new cute clothes, why not do it at the gym?
- 7/ Find a good music to hear that you are pumped. Good music can really affect someone's mood. I like to download a lot of new music on my phone and then listen to everything in the gym.
- 8/ Use a calendar to write each day you train and document your progress. Weigh yourself and follow the exercises! Seeing the result can be the ultimate motivation.
- 9/ Ask yourself: "How would I feel if I can not get to the gym?" You know you will be mad at you if you do not go to the gym. Do not forget to ask yourself how I feel at the end of the day?
- 10/ Look at a photo you hate and remember why you need to go to the gym. See us at worst, can motivate us to get up and make a change!
