Body Weight Exercise Classes.

These exercises allow your body to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength and stamina, and for endurance, use only your body weight. They are also called callisthenic exercises. Here are some examples:

• Lift your chin
• Sit-ups
• Lizards
• Squats

            Martial arts and sports programs often use the body's exercise classes because of the flexibility and adaptability offered by this program. Yoga steering and fitness methods often use bodyweight exercises as well as breathing techniques and stretches to promote complete fitness. Many people who do not like going to gym activities often use these exercises at home to increase their muscular endurance and strength. By using these exercises alone, some can achieve a high level of fitness.

Weight training :

           When you attend these classes, you will normally begin with cardiovascular exercises like squat or jumping cats to warm your muscles. Once your muscles become warm, you will exercise stretching and strengthening exercises to improve joint flexibility and strengthen the muscles in your lower and upper body. Some of these exercises include diving, flexing and flexing to work the upper body muscles. To work the muscles of your lower body, you can create calves, squats and lunges. By changing the angles of your legs, you can decrease or increase the resistance applied by performing these exercises. The angle of our legs eliminates or adds influence without using extra weights.
  •  Yoga: these postures are made to achieve symmetry and balance on the physical and mental level. Yoga routines focus on the strength and flexibility of all the muscles in your body by alternating stretching exercises and body weight. Positive points are often performed from a standing position, with particular attention to concentration and breathing.



             As you can see, body weight exercise classes can be taken alone or combined with a class of Pilates or yoga. Anyway, it will help you increase your cardiovascular strength, strength, breathing and stress levels.
