7 Awesome Booty Shaping Exercises

#1 Lunges:


      This exercise really tones and shapes your bottom. When you start making flies, add no extra weight. Your body must first get used to this type of exercise. #2 Squats:


       Squats are the most popular exercise to tone the muscles. Use your own body weight for endurance training. Do not forget to keep your back straight while crouching. This eliminates the pressure of the lower back and places it on the buttocks if this is most needed. Other things to remember when doing sit-ups are: spread your weight evenly, keeping your feet flat on the floor and with your heels to push the squat. Do not lie down; Use controlled movements so that your knees do not suffer too much pressure.

#3 Climbing Climbing:


        Instead of taking the elevator, why not upload stairs instead? Alternatively, you can use a stair climber in the gym or at home if you have one. The muscles in the back of the legs and buttocks get excellent exercises when climbing stairs.

#4 Isometric Pressure:


        You can do this by looking at T.V. Lie down face down on the floor and squeeze your cheeks end to end for 30 seconds at a time. Alternatively, you can do this exercise sitting in a chair or standing. The final excrement is exceptionally good for women; Squeeze the surface of the pelvic floor and tone the buttocks at the same time.

#5 Step-ups:


         For this exercise, you will need a step or a bank. You start with one foot on the floor and the other on the stairs. Push with your foot that is on the ground until it reaches the same height as that of the ladder. Descend slowly until your foot is on the ground. Change feet and repeat as many times as you can.

#6 Deadlifts:


        You will need a bar for this exercise. Choose the bar on the ground while keeping your back straight, your knees slightly bent and your eyes focused in front of you. Repeat this exercise as many times as possible within a two-minute period. This exercise will shape your ass in no time.

#7 Hindu squats:


        A different style of squat. Spread and descend as quickly as possible by touching the tip of your finger to the ground during each repetition. This exercise is ideal to burn fat and shape the buttocks at the same time.
