Why Jogging Is Good for You, and HOW It Can Make You Happy.

If you feel a little tired, discouraged and rather unhappy with how you feel or maybe even the way you are looking for this question, maybe something is missing, which can seriously change your vision of life and your self-esteem as little as 30 minutes.

Every time I sit a little lower, I go out to the beach to run (fortunately, I live near the beach), and in a few minutes not only do I feel better, I find that my faculty of ideas s' opens and before I do it I know, I'm in the spirits and I work in my business plans and in life.

Sometimes you just need this little push to trigger which produces a sense of well-being and purpose in life. This article will explore the wellness factor in jogging and how this can make you happy.

Why is jogging good for you?

Aerobic exercises like running will improve your cardiovascular capacity and your body's ability to provide oxygen to your muscles. This also helps your muscles to become more effective when using this oxygen. And so, in essence, the more you exercise, the more your heart functions, and needless to say, this reduces the risk of suffering a heart attack.

How can execution make you happy?

Male genetics, for example, has evolved to a high threshold for lactic acid over time, allowing our ancestors to chase the world's most dangerous predators and hit them for food. After finishing their prey, they bring back the kilos of meat in the field for dinner. I am sure you will agree, it is an extraordinary level of superhuman physical condition that has nourished thousands of people in your tribe.

You will be surprised to discover that there is a link with high intensity physical exercise at the lactic threshold level, the release of endorphins in the brain. Endorphins act as their natural "medicine" that makes a person more energetic, more awake and, yes, certainly happier.

Endorphins usually start during a race, after a workout or both, and are usually called "high runner".

The National Library of Medicine recently published a shocking article confirming that testosterone levels are lower in men than in individuals who do not even train. The study also said that resistance training can damage the male reproductive system.

So basically if this relationship is something that happens it implies that it is better to sit on the couch all day and not run if you want to keep your valuable testosterone levels.

Which brings me to my next point, that running or running for the sake of running does not give the fitness results that most men would want.

I will summarize that very simply and quickly for you.

When you observe the physicists of the long distance runners and compare them with 1,000 meter runners, you will notice that their physics is completely different ... the sprinter looks muscular and torn, while the long distance runner, a better definition, seems rather rare.

In conclusion: exceeding the lactic threshold for 30 seconds will increase your growth hormone rate by 530% with just 16 minutes journey per week, so the race is good for you and can make you happy.
