Why Exercise ?

     Because I add completely different fitness environments, I see completely different approaches to health and fitness.

         In one gym, the instrumentality and therefore the personal trainers focus virtually entirely on strength coaching. Cardio is secondary, and done whereas observation TV - therewith level of intensity, which level of discipline. Stretching is commonly skipped.

Is each category a ride through imagined tract, however ne'er a true training? Would adding a special teacher sometimes - or a special sort of category - work higher for you?
